Services for Mary Frances Singletary Criswell, 67, of Thomasville are 10:00 am, Friday, January 7, 2011 at Rose City Church of God where she was a member. The Rev. Gerald Horn and Rev. Gary Holland will officiate and interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mary Frances passed away January 3, 2011 at Archbold Hospital. Born July 10, 1943 in Plant City, Fl, she was the daughter of the late Nathan Singletary and Mary Lee Pate Singletary. She was married to James Criswell on December 9, 1961 in Plant City, Fl, who survives. She was the deli manager for Harvey's Supermarket for 17 years. Other survivors include sons, Robert Criswell and wife Candie, Rickey Criswell and friend Nancy Quisinbery, all of Thomasville; daughter, Denise Singletary and husband Wayne of Florida; grandchildren, Jonathon & Mandy Criswell, Natasha Singletary, Isaac Singletary, Travis Turk and wife Brooke and Briana Criswell; great grandchildren, Cameron Criswell, Ethan Fanning, and Connor Eason; brother, Amos Singletary and wife Jean of Fl; sisters, Carolyn Mack of Fl and Myrtle Knipes of Las Vegas, NV. She was preceded in death by sister, Virginia Thornton and brother, Jeff Singletary. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm, Thursday, January 6, 2011 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home.
