Mary Lee Haralson

Services for Mary Lee Thornton Haralson, 88, of Thomasville are at 2:00PM on Tuesday, October 17, 2006 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Paul Jones will officiate and interment is in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Haralson died October 13, 2006 at Glenn-Mor Nursing Home. Born March 14, 1918 in Tallapoosa County, AL she was the daughter of the late Charlie Thornton and Maggie Falk Thornton. She was a homemaker, charter member of Fairview United Methodist Church and currently a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church. On October 23, 1937 in Camp Hill, AL she married Willie Haralson who preceded her in death in 1988. Mrs. Haralson is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Lewis and Pat Haralson of Thomasville, daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Paul Phillips of Mannington, WV; grandchildren, Deneen and Jeffrey Harrell, Robin and Joe Vozniak, Brenda and Tracy Gordon; great grandchildren, Chris Harrell and Kristen Vozniak; sister, Shirley Strozier of Thomasville, and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers and two sisters. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM on Monday at the funeral home.
