Mary Margaret Suber Freiberg

Mary Margaret Suber Freiberg, 63, of Thomasville, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2009, at her residence. Born, January 12, 1946, in Thomasville, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Lincoln "Tom" and Dorothy Clarice Croft Suber. On Nov. 17, 1987, in Waycross, she married Roy E. Freiberg, who survives. She was a graduate of Thomas County Central High School, ABAC, Georgia Southern University and the Medical College of Georgia. She taught for two years at Thomas County Central High School. She was a veteran of the United States Air Force Reserves, in which, she was a Captain, and also served in the Biomedical Service Corps as a physicians assistant. She was a retired Physician Assistant from Archbold Urgent Care. Others survivors include sons, Jonathon Bishop Lewis of Oxford, Miss. and Mason Stephen Lewis of Tallahassee; sister, Dorothy Viola Flowers and husband, Dewey of Boston; brother, Joseph Suber of Winslow, Ariz.; step-daughters, Leisa Prendergast of San Diego, Calif. and Michelle Alexanian of San Marcos, Calif.
