Richard Trawick will officate with interment following in Laurel Hill Cemetery in Thomasville at 12:30PM. Mrs. Lewis died January 8, 2003 in Nashville. Born September 7, 1920 in Coffee Co., Ala., she was the daughter of the late Oscar & Sally Crocker. She was married to the late John Anthony Miller and then to the late John Lewis. Mrs. Miller was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Thomasville. Mrs. Lewis was a retired Headstart Teacher and a member of the Eastern Star and Rebecca Club. Survivors include a companion, Leon Sirmans; daughter, Rebecca Gail Miller Reynolds of Arlington, VA., son, John Anthony Miller, II of Milton, FL.,daughter, Yvonne Miller Tuttle of Estero, Fl.; grandchildren, Lisa Qualkenbush, Michael Miller, Scott Miller, Donald Miller, Nathan Tuttle, Courtenia Smith, Timm Tuttle & Todd Tuttle; great grandchildren, Paige & Megan Qualkenbush, Jacob Charles Smith & Melissa Christian; sisters, Mary Turpin of Fayetteville, GA., Lois Hepner of Pheonix City, Al., brother, Willie C. Crocker of Elba, Al., sisters, Nell Zinn of Duncan, OK. and Grace Culver of Elba, Al. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association, 539 Silver Slipper Lane, Suite A, Tallahassee, Fl. 32303.
