Services for Michael Wendell Quick, 39, of Pavo will be held 11:00AM on Monday, July 29, 2013, at Barwick Baptist Church, where he was a member. Pastor Elbert Channell will officiate and interment will be at Barwick Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Quick passed away on July 24, 2013. Born April 09, 1974 in Moultrie, Ga, he was the son of Wendell and Yvonne Quick, who survives. Mr. Quick graduated from Thomas County Central High School where he was a member of the baseball and wrestling team. He then continued his education at ABAC, and proceeded to get his degree in Agriculture. He also received a degree in Automotive Engineering from Thomas Tech. While being a member at Barwick Baptist Church, he was a Deacon and a member in the Young Adult Sunday School Class. He was employed by Crop Production Services in Moultrie, Ga. Mr. Quick enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid sportsman. He especially enjoyed fishing with his son. Survivors include his wife Krysta Anne Quick of Pavo, daughter Kaitlyn Quick and son Lane Quick both of Pavo; sister and brother-in-law Lynne Gray and Laymon of Tallahassee, Fla. and Cindy Brasington and fiancé Glenn Burton of Thomasville, Ga.; mother-in-law Marjorie Carlton of Coolidge; niece Lexi Gray and nephew Lincoln Gray both of Tallahassee, Fla. The family will receive friends Sunday, July 28, 2013 from 3:00PM to 5:00PM at the Allen & Allen Funeral Home. Guest may sign the online register at
