Graveside services for Mildred Farmer Wooten of Thomasville will be held Sunday at 3:00PM at Big Creek Cemetery. The Rev. Jerry Lancaster will officiate. Mrs. Wooten died Friday at Emory Hospital in Atlanta. The daughter of the late Minyard P. and Bessie Gilstrap Farmer, Mrs. Wooten was born on September 17, 1926 in Cuthbert, Ga. She was married to the late Roy N. Wooten. Mrs. Wooten was retired from Southwestern State Hospital and was a member of Westside Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Linda Faye Wooten Banks of Albany, Ga. and sons and daughters in law, Ronald E. and Patsy Wooten of Columbus, MS., Steven A. and Sharon Wooten of Thomasville, Ga., and Tony and Cindy Wooten of Boston, Ga. Also surviving are a brother-in-law, Henry Wooten of Boston, a sister-in-law Janelle Sims of Traverse, FL, 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and many other loved ones.
