Services for Miriam Ruth Williams Belko, 76 of Thomasville, Georgia will be held at 11am, Friday, August 12, 2016 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Joe Easterling will officiate and interment will be in Tallahassee National Cemetery. Mrs. Belko passed away August 9 at Archbold Hospital in Thomasville, Georgia. Born September 16, 1939 in New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Martin & Miriam Williams. She was married to Leonard Joseph Belko, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Belko was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Chews Landing, New Jersey. She enjoyed playing the piano, knitting, cross stitching, quilting and cooking. She is survived by her son, Martin L. Belko of Alexandria, Virginia; daughter, Miriam Carter and husband John of Thomasville, Georgia and grandchildren, Miriam VanVeen and Elizabeth VanVeen. The family will receive friends 10-11am, before the service at the funeral home.
