Wayne M. Tenan

Mrs. Wayne M. Tenan, 86, of Thomasville died Monday May 1, 2002 at Hospitality Care Nursing Center. Mrs. Tenan was born on Nov. 3, 1915 in Tribbey, OK to the late Charles & Nora Giddens Scarbrough. She was married in 1936 in Seminole, OK to Thomas L. Tenan who preceeded her in death in January of 1978. She was a member of First Southern Baptist Church and was a retired book keeper at The Homestate Bank all in Russell, KS. Survivors include her daughter & son-in-law Wanda & Carlton Powell of Thomasville, Ga., son Thomas W. Tenan of Montezuma, Ks., Granchildren Lee Powell, Kay Streets, Tiffany Bays, and David Tenan. She was precceded in death by a grandson Stanley Tenan. Funeral services will be held at a later date in Russell, Kansas at Pohlman's Mortuary.
