Graveside services for Muriel Graham Singletary, 86, of Thomasville are 2:00 pm, Friday, January 14, 2011 at Laurel Hill Cemetery on Arkansas St. The Rev. Mike Huling will officiate. Honorary pallbearers are Billie Joe Lewis, Ronnie Reddish, Van Ivey and Shell Singletary. Born April 27, 1924 in Thomas County, she was the daughter of the late Charles Frank Graham and Mable Thompson Graham. She was married to Donald Edward Singletary who preceded her in death in June of 2006. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and worked as a LPN at Southwestern State Hospital. Survivors include sons Don Singletary and wife Patty of Albany, Charles Singletary and wife Janice of Ashville, NC and daughter, Lisa Hall of Thomasville; grandchildren, Riley Singletary, Ben Singletary, Justin Singletary, Molly Singletary, Teresa Vorous and husband Ron, Greg Brock and wife Jane, Jamie Howell and Brittany Howell; great grandchildren, Lindsay Brock, Phillip Daniels and wife Rhonda and Brenda Daniels and 1 great great grandchild, Marla Daniels. She was preceded in death by daughter, Beverly Brock and son-in-law, Nolan Brock. The family will receive friends 6-8 Thursday, January 13, 2011 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home.
