Services for Nadine NeSmith Tillman, 89, formally of Tallahassee, FL, are at 3:00PM on Saturday, December 10, 2005 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Rodney West will officiate and interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Tillman went Home to be with the Lord, and other Loved Ones, Tuesday, December 6th.
Mrs. Tillman was born September 16, 1916, in Thomas County, where she spent most of her younger years. She was the daughter of the late William Bill and Missouri Hartsfield NeSmith. Mrs. Tillman was married for 57 years, to the late Robbie Ashley Tillman. She was a Homemaker, loving wife and mother, of eight children.
She is survived by four sons, Robbie L. Tillman, Salina, KS; Alan Tillman and Wendell Tillman, Tallahassee, FL; Randy Tillman, Sumter County, FL; two daughters, Yvonne Alligood, Salisbury, NC; and Frances Godfrey, Orlando, FL. Two children that have passed on into Gods' arms, are not to be forgotten. They are Gene Tillman and Evelyn Lewis. Mrs. Tillman had several Grandchildren and Great-Grand Children.
Mrs. Tillman is survived by a brother, Howard NeSmith, Tallahassee, FL; two sisters, Willie Mae Carter, Tallahassee, FL; and Clara Belle Carter, Thomasville, GA.
Viewings will be held Friday evening from 7:00 - 8:00 PM, and Saturday afternoon from 1:30 to 2: PM at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. Visitor may sign the online register at www.allenfh.com .
