Nicholas Kavouklis

A memorial service for Nicholas Kavouklis, 58, of Plano Tx will be at 3 pm, Sunday, July 10, 2011 at All Saints Episcopal Church. Father Frederick Buechner will officiate. Mr. Kavouklis passed away July 4, 2011 in Plano TX. Born March 7, 1953 in Tarpon Springs, Fl, he was the son of the late Nicketas N. Kavouklis and Elaine Walton Kavouklis who survives of Thomasville. Mr. Kavouklis was a Lt. Commander for the US Navy as an aviator, serving from 1976 to 1983 and from 1984 to 1989 was an active reservist; he was a 1971 graduate of Thomasville High School and a 1976 graduate of University of Georgia. Other survivors include children, Nicholas Kavouklis, Alexander Kavouklis; fiancé, Sheila Patterson of Plano Tx; brothers, Michael N. Kavouklis of Athens, John N. Kavouklis of Thomasville; sister, Cynthia Kavouklis of Thomasville; step-daughter, Amanda Valentini of Plano, Tx; step-son, Graham Patterson of London, England; nieces and nephews, Rachael Mason of Knoxville, Tn, Leah Gibbs of Statesboro, Olivia C. Kavouklis, Elaina N. Kavouklis, Alisha M. Kavouklis all of Thomasville, Amanda Kavouklis of Lincolnton, Ga and Christopher M. Kavouklis of Athens.
