Nicola "Nikki" Raye Smith

Nicola "Nikki" Raye Miller Smith of Columbus, Ga. passed away on Thursday August 11, 2022 in Valley, Al. Services will be held at 3:00PM on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at Bridge Church of God with Jerry Rewis Jr. and Jason Burns officiating. Born in Thomasville, Ga. on October 17, 1989, she was the daughter of the late Michael Gordy Miller and Brenda Callahan Holley who survives. She was little in stature but was a feisty person who loved everyone and never met a stranger. She touched many lives through her work with homeless shelters and was an avid animal lover. Survivors include her mother Brenda Callahan Holley of Thomasville; brother Linzy Meadows and his wife Terry of Ochlocknee; nieces and nephews Haylee and Lilly Meadows, Kelvin and Kayla Bass; aunts and uncles, Cindy Wentworth, Angie Bass, Vicki Salinas, Kenneth and Barbara Bass, Michael Wilfred, Grandfathers, Franklin Bass and Mike Wilfred. She is preceded in death by her father, grandmothers Retha Wilfred and Minyon Miller, Uncle, Robert Farrington and nephew Christopher Meadows. Nikki's furbaby, Sable, was her heart. Like Nikki she is tiny but feisty. They were inseparable and a perfect match for each other. Sable misses her mommy. A visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the church.
