Noble "Foots" O'Dell Wilkinson, Jr.

MONTICELLO, FL - Noble "Foots" O'Dell Wilkinson, Jr., 81, of Monticello, FL, died peacefully in his home in Monticello on Thursday, April 22, 2010. Foots was born in Birmingham, Alabama on July 26, 1928, to Eula Grace Wilkinson and Noble O'Dell Wilkinson, Sr., missionaries for the World Gospel Mission. Foots worked for the majority of his years as an estimator in the commercial construction industry and retired with Applewhite Construction, Albany, GA, in 2009.
Foots is survived by his wife, Betty Guy Wilkinson; his 8 children and their respective spouses: Debbie Davis Ray, Karen Vaughn Mark, Janice Mikula Greg, Dennis Wilkinson Jackie, Greg Whittington Elaine, Noble "Del" O'Dell Wilkinson, III Leslie, Kenneth Wilkinson Dawn, and Susan Harnden Iain; 16 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and his 4 siblings: Norma Brookins-Schwarderer and husband Jim, Eula "E.B." Bolkcom, Roy "Snuffy" Wilkinson and wife Ruth Ellen, Ed "Slug" Wilkinson Theresa, and Cynthia "Cyn" Wilkinson.
A memorial service will be held in Panama City, FL, on 1:00 p.m. Central Time, Saturday, May 1, 2010, at Wilson Funeral Home, 214 Airport Road, Panama City, FL 850 785-5272.
