Services for Norman V. Lastinger of Thomasville are at 10:00AM on Saturday, October 23, 2004 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Johnny Cooper will officiate and interment will be at 2:00PM at Red Bluff Church Cemetery in Pearson, GA. Mr. Lastinger died October 21, 2004 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born March 15, 1937 in Atkinson, Co., GA he was the son of the late Gaines Lastinger and Mary Jane Sander Lastinger who survivees in Thomasville. He was married to Jane Hickman Lastinger who survives. Mr. Lastinger was a retired Truck Driver. Other survivors include a son, Lyle Lastinger, daughters, Cindy Masopust and Carrie Brooks; grandchildren, Ashley Pias and Jaron Lastinger and great grandchild, Robert Deen Pias. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 2680, North Canton, Ohio 44720. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7-8:30PM on Friday.
