Omie Lucille Shiver

Services for Omie Lucille Shiver, 91, of Boston will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, July 19, 2012 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel. The Elder Terry Barnard will officiate and a private interment will be at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Ms. Shiver passed away July 17, 2012 at Golden Living Center. Born January 16, 1921 in TyTy Georgia she was the daughter of the late Martin Hilton Shiver and Flora Mae Haman Shiver. She was a retired seamstress from Warner's. Survivors include nieces Elizabeth Shiver Plymale and husband Robert of Boston, Ann Gunter Morris, Brenda Gunter Howell and husband Bill of Thomasville, nephew Julian Shiver of Albany; several great nieces and great nephews; several great-great nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins and friends. She was predeceased by brothers, Martin Edgar Shiver, Julian Aubrey Shiver, and sister Eunice Othel Shiver Gunter Lane. Donations may be made to the Lewis Hall Singletary Oncology Center, 919 S.
