Pansy Henderson

Services for Pansy “Pat” Henderson will be Thursday, June 27 at 11 AM at the Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Jimmy Clanton will officiate and burial will be in Winston- Salem, NC. Born December 17, 1929, she was the daughter of the late David Rufus Key and Mary Edith Hobson. She was the owner of Henderson’s Beauty Salon and a member of Forest Hill Baptist Church in Winston- Salem, North Carolina as well as First Baptist Church in Thomasville, Georgia. She was also active in the choir and Vacation Bible School. She is survived by her daughter Brona Harrison (Tommy) of Thomasville, GA and her son James Henderson Jr of Lexington, NC; sister Velma Lee Lane of Pilot Mountain, NC, brother Arno Key of King, NC. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Henderson, Sr.; her brothers Alvis Key, Wade Key, and Franklin Key and her sister Jessie Pearl Pendry.
