Patricia Carroll, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 82. Born on June 18, 1942, in Camilla, Georgia to the late Carlton Palmer and Willow Dean Warren. Patricia spent her life in the community she cherished and served as a dedicated mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service, retiring after 25 years of loyal service.

Patricia was married to her husband, Charles J Carroll, for an incredible 52 years. Together, they built a loving home in Thomasville, Georgia, where Patricia was an active member of the First Baptist Church and deeply involved in her Sunday school class. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, shaping her values and nurturing her warmth.

An incredible cook, Patricia delighted in preparing meals for her family, especially her grandchildren, whom she adored. Each birthday was a special occasion, as she would cook their favorite dishes to celebrate their special day. Patricia's love for her family extended to her great-grandchildren, and her legacy will be one of love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Survivors include her husband Charles J Carroll, children Charles D Carroll (Megan) of Milwaukee and Heather Carroll Bass (Kyle) of Thomasville, grandchildren Austin Bass (Emily), Payton Bass, Kalista Bass, Willow Bass, and Harper Carroll, great-grandchildren Tinsley Bass and Delaney Bass, brother Hoyt Palmer (Jerri), nieces and nephews Amy Daniels (Joe), Melissa Duggan, Ann Davis, Gene Mitchell (Randy), Allen Carroll (Donna), Cecil Cone (Tammy), and Donald Carroll, brother-in-law Lavon Carroll (Peggy), and sister-in-law Annette Cone.

She is preceded in death by her nephews Warren Palmer, Doug Duggan, Ray Cone, and brother-in-law Robert Carroll Jr.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025, 11:00 am at Meigs Sunset Cemetery with Reverend Gary Holland officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Baptist Church of Thomasville, 210 N Broad Street Thomasville, GA 31792.
