Paula Bishop Duren

Paula Bishop Duren, 77, of Thomasville departed this life Tuesday, November 28, 2017. Funeral services for Mrs. Duren will be held Friday, December 1, 2017 at 2:00PM at Dillon Road Presbyterian Church, where she was a member, in Thomasville, Georgia with Dr. Jimmy Clanton officiating. Interment will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Thomasville. Born February 23, 1940 in Cairo, Georgia; she was the daughter of the late Delma and Wilma Bishop. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Survived by her husband of 59 years, Thomas N. Duren of Thomasville, two sons, Tracy Duren of Columbia, South Carolina and Travis Duren and wife, Renee; one daughter, Teresa Youmans and husband, Jody, all of Thomasville; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren, two sisters; one brother; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Duren was preceded in death by her parents Delma and Wilma Bishop. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 30, 2017, 5:00PM until 7:00PM at the funeral home.
