Services for Pearl Willis, 86, of Thomasville are at 11:00AM on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at Thomasville Church of Christ where she was a member. Rick Kenyon and Garland Basford will officiate and interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Born April 29, 1927 in Cairo, GA she was the daughter of the late Richard and Annie Lizzie Harris Wade. She was married to Robert (Bob) David Willis who preceded her in death. Mrs. Willis was a homemaker. Survivors include son, James Willis of Waycross, GA, daughter and son-in-law, Janice and Terry Strickland of Thomasville, grandchildren, Mary Anne and Jim Sherman, Michael Strickland, Christopher Willis, great grandchildren, Kyle, Kinser and Elizabeth Sherman, sister and brother-in-law, Alma and Curtis Shores of Thomasville and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Hyde. The family will receive friends from 5-7PM on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at the funeral home.
