Perry Nelson Mcmillon

Services for Perry Nelson McMillon will be at 11 A. M. on Thursday, October 10, 2013 at the Springhill Christian Church. Rev. Tim Staton will officiate and the interment will be at Springhill Christian Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Granville Bill McMillon, Curtis McMillon, Jamie McMillon, John McMillon, Justin Davis and Michael Beckwith. Honorary pallbearers are Brad Bradford, Van Dowdy, V. J. Dowdy and Blake Butler. Perry Nelson McMillon passed away on Oct 6, 2013. He was 47 years old at the time of his death. Nelson was born on July 10, 1966 the 4th of 8 children born to James SonShine and Frances McMillon. Nelson had a heart of gold and would give his shirt off of his back to anyone who needed it. Nelson was a tree surgeon by trade and had work since he was 16 years old. He will be missed by so many, but we will never forget, we will never forget his silly jokes and the sound of his laughter. Especially the sparkle in his sky blue eyes. Nelson is survived by his mother Frances McMillon; 7 siblings Judy McMillon, Diane Bradford McMillon, James Granville Bill McMillon, Lynn Bishop McMillon, Paula Polly McMillon, Amber McMillon, and Chad McMillon; two of the greatest adopted grandchildren anyone could ask for Ashton and Ashlen Stocker; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
