Phoebe B. Neel departed this life during the early hours of February 21, 2014. Loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she will be missed by many. Graveside services will be at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Thomasville, GA at 2:00pm on February 26, 2014.
