Ralph C. Hall

Services for Ralph C. Hall, Jr., 58, of Ochlocknee are at 2:00 pm, Sunday, October 5, 2014 at Meigs Baptist Church, Meigs, GA. The Rev. Franklin Russ and Rev. Dennis Norman will officiate. Active Pallbearers will be Deputies of the Grady County Sheriff's Office. Honorary Pallbearers will be Deacons of Meigs Baptist Church. Mr. Hall passed away Tuesday night, September 30, 2014 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. He lived courageously in a long and difficult battle with cancer. Born in Thomasville, Ga. ,on May 26,1956, he was the youngest child of the late Ralph C. Hall ,Sr. and Elizabeth Alligood Hall. He graduated from Thomas County Central High School in 1975. He was a member of Meigs Baptist Church, where he served humbly and faithfully as a deacon. After a 30 year career in law enforcement, Mr. Hall was retired from the Grady County Sheriff's Office. His career in law enforcement was his passion in life. Ralph was a devoted and loving son, brother and uncle and is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Hall, sister Gwen H. Snyder (John), brother Larry A. Hall (Ginette) and sister Susan H. Herin, nieces and nephew. He is also survived by his beloved Cheryl Kicklighter and his loyal furry companions Daisy and Chloe. He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph C. Hall,Sr. and his brother in-law K. P. (Kip) Herin. Memorials may be made to Meigs Baptist Church Memorial Fund (Ralph C. Hall, Jr.) P.O.
