Thursday, January 8, 2004 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel with interment in Laurel Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Jesse Corbitt will officiate. Mrs. Collins died January 6, 2004 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. She was born on March 10, 1959 in Thomasville to the late Roscoe R. Vick and Flora Jean Herring Vick who survives. Mrs. Collins attended the Pavo Church of God. Mrs. Collins is survived by her mother Flora Jean Vick of Thomasville; daughters Hannah Rebecca Evans of Portland Oregon, Rachael Collins of Pavo; son Simeon Evans of Atlanta; brothers DeVaughn Vick and Greg Vick both of Pavo; several nieces and nephews.
