Richard Allen Spurlin

Richard Allen Spurlin, 77 of Pavo passed away May 23, 2016 at Archbold Hospital. Born March 4, 1939 in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Austin & Ella Ford Spurlin. He was married to Roswitha Dotzler Spurlin who survives. He was a veteran of the US Army. Other survivors include daughters, Caroline Lugo and husband Peter of Miami, Florida and Brenda Bradford and husband Ray of Pavo; grandchildren, Crystal Canzius, Rebecca Canzius, Meagan Bradford and Jessica Bradford; great-granddaughter, Alice Bradford; sisters, Linda Spurlin and Shirley Spurlin, both of Hatboro, PA. He was preceded in death by brother, Jimmy Spurlin. The family will have a private burial at Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola, Florida at a later date.
