Our beloved husband, Daddy, Papa, and Uncle Bob, Robert O. Clyatt passed from this life to his eternal home on December 28, 2022. Services will be held at the Allen and Allen Celebration of Life Chapel, Saturday, December 31, 2022, at 2 PM. A visitation will also be held at Allen and Allen from 1-2 PM prior to the service.
His parents were Robert Allie and Bess Clyatt and his two sisters Montez and Earnestine are pre-deceased.
His wife, Charlene, son, Rob, daughters, Charron Hope and Marcia Bailey, a granddaughter, Erin, grandsons Micah and James Morgan and their spouses, and six great-grandchildren are grateful for the life he led filled with love, humor, and an appreciation for the beauty of nature. His career in Forestry provided plenty of time in the outdoors and opportunity to befriend many area foresters, and was a source of many funny and fascinating stories to wonder if any of them were even true.
Bob went in the military in the U.S, Army, left service through the U. S. Air Force, was a member of First Baptist Church, Thomasville and was a member of the Gallon Club as a blood donor with the American Red Cross.
He will be remembered fondly and often, especially while observing a full moon.
