Services for Robert Hall McMath, 84, of Thomasville are 11:00 AM, March 31, 2011 at First Baptist Church Chapel, where he was a member. The Rev. Den Spencer and Rev. Tom Jacobs will officiate. Mr. McMath passed away March 29, 2011 at his residence. Born May 9, 1926 in Dade Co. Fl, he was the son of the late William Melvin McMath and Bessie Davis McMath. On September 5, 1948 at Dawson Street United Methodist Church he married Floye Clark McMath who survives. Other survivors include son Rodney McMath and wife Linda of Powder Springs, Ga; grandchildren, Eric McMath and wife Lisa of Woodstock, Todd McMath and wife Fran of Dallas, Ga, Julia McMath and Mishael McMath, both of Powder Springs; 6 great grandchildren; sister, Gloria Gibbs and husband Gerald of Thomasville and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brothers, William Melvin McMath, Jr., Jack McMath, Gene McMath, Clifford McMath and Jimmy David McMath.
