Robert Monroe Huffmaster Sr., born on July 12, 1949, in Quitman, GA, passed away on June 9, 2026. He spent his formative years in Thomasville, where he graduated from Thomasville High School in the Class of 1968. A dedicated production supervisor, Robert devoted over 25 years of his career to Cleaver Brooks in the boiler manufacturing industry.

In retirement, Robert found joy in his hobbies, including antique cars, playing card games, solving puzzles, and honing his carpentry skills. He was a loving husband to Donna Huffmaster, a devoted father, and an adoring grandfather and great-grandfather, always cherishing the time spent with his family.

Robert is survived by his beloved wife Donna, children Phoebe Hunt (Dennis) of St. Amant, LA, Robyn Cone (Teddy) of Meigs, Robert Monroe Huffmaster Jr. of Thomasville, and Rebecca Marie Huffmaster of Thomasville. He also leaves behind a legacy of grandchildren: Whitney Hunt, Hayley Holmes, Hayden Holmes, Daine Hunt, Hannah Holmes, Madison McMullen, Audry Pierce, Madelyn Lindsey, Teddy Cone Jr., Chandler Clark, Robert Monroe Huffmaster III, and Hunter Huffmaster, along with nine great-grandchildren and his aunt, Gail Morris. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Floyd Thomas Huffmaster Jr.

A private burial will take place on Sunday at Sunset Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held at Allen and Allen Funeral Home on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 6 PM to 8 PM.
