Jones will officate with interment in Fredonia Baptist Church Cemetery in Thomasville. Mr. Shepherd died January 3, 2003 at his residence. Born April 27, 1943 in McCray, GA., he was the son of the late Sidney Lanier & Lillian Grace Matthews Shepherd. He was Married to Marilyn Finney Shepherd who survives.
