Robert Willard Taylor

Services for Robert Bill Willard Taylor of Thomasville are at 2:00 PM on Monday, July 11 at First Baptist Church Chapel, where he was a lifelong member. The Rev. Dr. Milton C. Gardner and the Rev. Dr. Dan Spencer will officiate and interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mr. Taylor died July 9, 2005 at John D. Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born March 13, 1919 in Thomasville, GA he was the son of late Robert William Taylor and Minnie Saddler Taylor. On February 3, 1940 in Crawfordville, Fl. he married Ella Ethelle Monroe who survives. Bill was a career salesman, having sold for Flowers Baking Co., Tom?s Toasted Peanuts, Jones Candy Co., and Timberlake. Other survivors include sons, Donald W. Taylor of Panama City, Fl., Robert Russell Taylor of Thomasville, daughters, Rosemary Auld of Bluffton, SC., Rosalind E. Moore of Destin, Fl., nine grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
