Robin Paula Holmes Francis

A memorial service for Robin Paula Holmes Francis, 44, of Thomasville is 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 3, at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Tony Walker and Rev. Allan Hartsfield will officiate. Mrs. Francis died February 25, 2009 at her residence. Born September 14, 1964 in Clovis, New Mexico, she was the daughter of Billy Ray Cooper, of Farwell TX and Faye Sims Young of Boston. She attended Thomas County Central High School but graduated from Clovis High School in Clovis, NM, then served 4 years in the US Air Force. She later attended Thomas University where she received a degree in Psychology and was a member of Morningside Methodist Church. Other survivors include husband, Truman D. Francis, son, Donald Ray Holmes Jr., daughter, Charlotte Charbea Faye Holmes, all of Thomasville, brothers, Ricky Lyle Lastinger, Richard Buddy Neil Lastinger, T.J. Tony Aron Young Jr., all of Thomasville, nieces, Brigette Burk, Makayla Lastinger both of Thomasville, and nephew, Ryan Lastinger of Thomasville. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sgt. Allen & Pauline Sims. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Archbold Northside Center for Behavioral Health 910 South Broad Street Thomasville Georgia 31792.
