Ronald Gene Pete James

Funeral services for Ronald Gene Pete James, age 57 of Thomasville, will be Monday October 14 at 11:00 AM at the Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mr. James died on October 11 in Thomasville. The son of the Evelyn James Crane and the late Earl Crane, Mr. James was born on January 13, 1945 in Central, South Carolina. He was married to Patsy Brown Brady James, who survives. Mr. James was a veteran, having served in the United States Air Force. He graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina and obtained a master's degree in business administration from the University of Montana. After retiring from the United States Air Force, he joined the Flowers Credit League, where he was employed as President. Other survivors include sons and daughters-in-law Ron and Kim James of Thomasville and Kevin and Michelle James of Beavertown, Oregon; step-son and step daughter-in-law Scott and Natalie Brady; step-daughter and step son-in-law Gina and Chris Curry. Also surviving are three grandsons, Hunter, Sebastian, and Brennen James and a half brother Phillip Crane of Central, South Carolina. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 on Sunday afternoon.
