Services for Ronald Oz Morris Moseley of Thomasville are at 2:00PM on Friday, November 12, 2004 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Gordon Gunter will officiate and interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mr. Moseley died November 9, 2004 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born January 17, 1930 in Jacksonville, FL. he was the son of the late Joseph A. & Delsie Jordon Moseley. On May 26, 1995 he married Linda Joyce Gunter Moseley who survives. He was assigned to the 120th Air Force and went overseas to Okinawa. He served from 1948 to 1950. Then in 1951 he joined Florida Air National Guard. He worked as a tool manager for 1½ years in 1955 and later worked as an electrician as well as working the fuel shop and inspecting engines. In 1960 he started working with F 102?s where he worked in flight control for 12 years. The in 1974 he started working with 106?s in quality control as aircraft inspector. In 1978 he was appointed as chief of quality control until 1990. From 1987-1990 he was assigned as chief of the Drug Enforcement for Jacksonville Port Authority. Retiring with the Florida Civil Service. Other survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Rene? and Roy Banerjee of Atlanta, GA., son, Richard Ashley Moseley of Thomasville, stepdaughter and son-in-law, Angela and Alan Hudson of Crestview, FL., stepdaughter, Mandy Meeks of Thomasville; grandchildren, Ashley Marie Moseley, Krystal Meeks, Danielle Hudson, Justin Long, Dustin Long and Addison Banerjee-Winston; brother, Lindey Moseley of Ft. Myers, Fl.; aunt, Pearl Bazzell of Bascom, FL.; cousin, Stanley and Linda Pittman of Bascom, FL. and very special friend, Pat Wingate of Callahan, FL. He was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Morris Moseley, Jr. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-7PM on Thursday.
