Funeral services for Rosa Lee Shuler Willis, 64 of Blackshear, Ga will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Mark Cardwell will officiate. Ms. Willis passed away July 11, 2014 at her residence. Born March 22, 1950 in Newbert, TN, she was the daughter of the late Elwood Landon Shuler and Lois Faye King Shuler. She was married to Robert L. “Bobby” Willis who preceded her in death. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Blackshear. She is survived by sisters-in-law, Lonnell W. Bragg of Valdosta, Judy W. Arline and husband Lynwood of Thomasville; brothers-in-law, David Willis and wife Tyra of Okeechobee, Fl, Rodney Willis and wife Linda of Boston, Richard Willis and wife Bert of Thomasville; niece, Julie Arline Carson of Thomasville, and several other nieces and nephews.
