Funeral services for Rowema Allen Potter of Thomasville are at 11:00AM Saturday at the First Church of the Nazerene. The Rev. Bill Hamby will officiate and interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mrs Potter died Thursday, Febuary 5, 2004 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born January 11, 1930 in Moultrie she was the daughter of the late William Claud Allen and Grace Viola Davis. She was the wife of the late Williford Potter to whom she married on March 28, 1950. Mrs. Potter was a retired Paraprofessional for the Thomasville City School System. She was a member of the Nazerene Church. Survivors include Luther Potter of Bartow, Fl; Eugene Potter of Carrollton Ga and Myrl Potter of Myrtle Beach, SC; 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Other survivors include brothers, WC Allen of of Bradenton, Fl; Wesley Allen of Moultrie; Ronald Allen of Lawrenceville; and sisters, Frances Allen of Thomasville; and Claudene McCranie of Thomasville and nieces Elizabeth Stephens of Tallahasee and Ina Delorme of Cape Coral, Fl.
