Mrs. Bolen was a Hospice AR Coordinator. Other survivors include daughter, Leslie Dawn Chancey of Thomasville; son-in-law, Chris Wilfred of Thomasville; grandchildren, Cole Chancey, Brittani Chancey, Taylor Chancey, Noah Chancey, Noah Wilfred; sister, Cheryl Williams of Panama City, Fla.
