Memorial services for Ruby Griffin Odom, 85, of Tallahassee, Fla., are at 7 p.m., Monday, August 4, 2008, at Allen & Allen Chapel in Thomasville, Ga. The Rev. David Walker will officiate. Mrs. Odom passed away Aug. 2 at Heritage Health Care in Tallahassee. Born September 25, 1922, she was the daughter of the late James and Nancy Wade Griffin. On Sept. 3, 1938, in Moultrie, Ga., she married Arnold James Odom, who preceded her in death on March 21, 2002. Survivors include daughters, Elizabeth Johnson of Monticello, Fla., Darlene Green of Tallahassee; daughters and sons-in-law, Peggy and Felton Cannon of Tallahassee, Charyl and Tillman Scott of Tallahassee; son and daughter-in-law, Randall and Gail Odom of Quincy, Fla.; 19 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren.
