Russell Edward Anderson, of Panama City, passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023, at Vitas Hospice Center in Panama City Florida. Funeral Services will be held at Allen & Allen Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at 1:00 PM with Bishop Jason Lee Keyton officiating. Russell was born on September 26, 1972, in Grady County to Jimmy Edward Anderson who preceded him in death, and Faye Dean Anderson. Survivors include his wife Joyce Bailey Anderson, his mother Faye Dean Anderson of Ochlocknee, his children Whitney Dirnberg (Ryan) of Texas, Russell Edward Anderson Jr of Coco Beach, FL; siblings Richard Winders of Ochlocknee, Ronald Winders (Glenda) of Thomasville, Mildred Schlimgen (David) of California, Sherrish Cole (Steve) of Panama City Beach, FL, Samantha Walker (Danny) of Tifton GA, five grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
