Russell "Rusty" Baggett

Services for Russell (Rusty) Baggett, 61 of Thomasville will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Pineland Baptist Church. Rev. Ricky Whitley will officiate. Mr. Baggett passed away February 24, 2019 at his residence. Born March 22, 1957 in Thomasville, he was the son of the late Leland Baggett and Burma Holton Baggett, of Thomasville, who survives. He was married to Jeanne Rehberg Baggett, who survives. He was a devoted member of Pineland Baptist Church and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Russell was a committed and dependable employee with a strong work ethic who was employed by Blue Bell Creameries for many years. Prior to that he was a Little Debbie distributor known by many as “the Little Debbie Man”. He was a loving husband, father and very proud Papa of 17 grandchildren, whom he lovingly referred as “Doodie Heads”. Other survivors include his children, Jessica Beck (Mack) of Thomasville, Heather Brinkley (Marcus) of Whigham, Brittany Ansley (Chance) of Ochlocknee, Ronnie Reagan, Jr of Thomasville and Jason Reagan (Leah) of Soddy Daisy, TN; grandchildren, Casey, Austyn, Kaylynn, Keaton, Sydney, Caden, Kinsley, AJ, Connor, Taven, Carter, Julia, Holton, Emily, Titus, Jaxon, and Haylie; brothers, Kenneth Baggett (Deborah) of Thomasville, Randall Baggett (Donna) of Stillmore, Ga; sister, Judy Cordell (Mark) of Auburn, Ga and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, including his favorite partner in crime. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm, Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel.
