Graveside services for Russell Carter will be held at Little Ochlocknee Cemetery on Monday, October 2, 2023, at 10 a.m. Russell Carter, 69, of Thomasville, passed away on September 28, 2023. He was born on February 7, 1954, to the late Hollis and Phronie Ott Carter. Russell is survived by siblings Larry Carter (Cindy); Martha Miller (Glenn); Russell Carter; Robin Roberson (Scott); Cory Carter (Constance); and nieces and nephews Shelby Lawrence (Becky) of Cotton; Jeremy Carter (Elisa) of Thomasville; Jennifer Vinson (Kent) of Pavo; Sydney Timmons (Caleb) of Boston; Miranda Roberson of Thomasville; Hollie Harper (Cole) Douglas; Lauren Carter of Atlanta; Cole Carter (Miranda) of Waycross; Shelbie Carter of Douglas; Ryan Carter of Douglas; Jayla Brown of Statesboro.
