Ruth Feliciano

February 1, 1945 — November 12, 2023

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ruth Feliciano, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Ruth departed from this world on November 12, 2023, at the age of 78, surrounded by her loving family in Thomasville, GA.

Ruth was born on February 1, 1945, in Manhattan, NY. After completing her education, Ruth embarked on a fulfilling career as an Occupational Nurse in the medical field. Her nurturing and caring nature found its perfect outlet at Glen Mor Nursing Home, where she diligently served her patients, bringing comfort and healing to those in need.

Ruth's warmth and unconditional love were evident in every aspect of her life, but above all, her dedication to her family shone brightest. She leaves behind her loving husband, Humberto Feliciano, Sr., who shared a beautiful journey of 61 years together. Ruth's legacy lives on through her children, Humberto Jr. and wife Ada Garcia of Orlando, Florida, Alicia Estell and husband Timity Jones of Thomasville, Peter James and wife Rhonda of Orlando, Tabitha Teresa and husband Pastor Roy Johnson of Thomasville, Daniel Joseph of Thomasville, and Elizabeth of Thomasville. Each one of them carries her spirit of kindness, compassion, and resilience within their hearts.

The impact of Ruth's life extends even further with her treasured grandchildren: Samuel James Feliciano of Sunrise, Florida, Philip Isaiah Feliciano, of Stuart, Florida, Priscilla Ivette Feliciano of New York, New York, Clinton Anderson GM1 of USN, Okinawa, Japan, Tonicia D.N. Anderson of Poinciana, Florida, Tyerlyn S Jones of Thomasville, Laila Oshen Feliciano of Orlando, and Samej Andrio Feliciano of Orlando. She was also blessed with the presence of her great-grandchildren: Jonathan Daniel Anderson, Alicia Anderson, Freddie Lee Robinson IV, and Havyn J.N. Tackett. Ruth's love and guidance will forever be woven into the fabric of their lives, providing inspiration and strength.

Funeral services will be held to honor and celebrate Ruth's extraordinary life. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Greater Life Church of Christ, located at 121 Tower St. in Thomasville, Georgia, 31792 at 11:00AM on Saturday November 18, 2023. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Her family will receive friends at Allen & Allen Funeral Home on Friday evening from 5-7PM. Though we mourn the loss of such a remarkable woman, we also gather to commemorate the countless cherished memories and the profound impact she had on all those fortunate enough to have known her.

In loving memory of Ruth, wife of Humberto Bert. God blessed us with a true treasure. Ruth found God's salvation at the age of 30 and immediately put her complete trust in him. Through her unwavering faith, her family was kept strong. She and Humberto were able to re-kindle their love for each other and build it further upon faith in God. Throughout their 61 years of marriage, the countless tests and trials that were endured, they survived and remained strong in God's love.

Though our hearts are heavy at her passing, we, her family, know that she has received her reward in Heaven for fighting the good fight of Faith and is now in the presence of God. Ruth, you can now rest in peace, your work is complete. With all our Love!!
Your Husband, children and many grand and great-grand children.
