Graveside services for Salima Adwar Bedros, age 88 of Thomasville will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, December 28 at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Rev. Ron McCaskill will officiate. Mrs. Bedros passed away December 24, 2017 at her residence. Born April 19, 1929 in Syria, she was the daughter of the late Yakub Adwar and Bahiya Toro Adwar.
She is survived by her husband, Sarkis Bedros: her children, Zeibur Bedros Ferguson of Thomasville, Derouhi Bedros Kazanjian of Beirut, Lebanon, Sona Bedros of Thomasville, Berjouhi Bedros of Aurora, Canada, Georges Bedros of Aurora, Canada and Maral Bedros Gulesserian of Aurora, Canada; grandchildren, Maria Kazanjian, Lara Kazanjian, Hagop Kazanjian, George Chamesian, Vahe Chamesian, Shant Gulesserian, Hrag Gulesserian and Lucy Bedros; daughter-in-law, Nushig Hakobyan Bedros and sons-in-law, Hovsep Kazanjian, Armen Gulesserian and Mark Ferguson.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Lousin Bedros.
