Sandra Morris

Sandra R. Morris, age 77, of Thomasville, Georgia, passed away on May 30, 2025. A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Allen and Allen Funeral Home's Celebration of Life Chapel. Services will be officiated by Reverend Paul Ballard on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 2 pm, at Allen & Allen Funeral Home's Celebration of Life Chapel.

Born on July 29, 1947, in Barwick, Georgia, Sandra was the beloved daughter of loving parents Rufus and Ida Rebecca Roberds. She proudly earned her high school diploma and built a successful career as a loan officer at Commercial Bank. Sandra was an active member of First Baptist Church of Thomasville, where she deeply loved her Sunday School class and life group. Known for her cooking and nurturing spirit, she was a devoted mother and wife who found joy in caring for her family.

Sandra is survived by her husband, Jerry Morris; her son, Jason Morris; and three cherished grandchildren, Chelsea Nicole Flake, Chelsie Brook Gilligan, and Brandon Chase Tanner. Sandra also leaves behind her siblings Wanda and Ray Britt, Mary and Mike Morris, and Bobby and Linda Gunter, as well as her mother-in-law, Ernestine Morris, and a host of nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will include Arthur Powers, Shane Morris, Tyler Britt, Noah Gunter, Braylen Gunter, and Eli Morris.
