Services for Sarah Olga Baker of Thomasville are at 10:00AM on Saturday, December 21, 2002 at Allen & Allen Funeral Chapel. Rev. Lee Waller will officiate with interment in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Baker died December 18, 2002 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born March 28, 1923 in Early Co., Ga., she was the daughter of the late Clarence & Agnes Pritchett Rimes. On June 3, 1942 in Phoenix City, Al., she was married to Raymond F. Baker who survives. She was a member of Dawson Street Baptist Church and the front desk receptionist at the Holiday Inn. Other survivors include her sister Bessie Bowman of Thomasville and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son Raymond Dale Baker. Pallbearers will be Leon Blair, Bill Becknell, Hershel Brown, Len Powell, Richard Goodin, and Wayne Johnson. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7-9PM on Friday.
