Seville (Billy) Chancey Passmore born 3/8/1933, Married George Passmore
August 18, 1951 and they enjoyed 55 years of marriage. He proceeded her in
death in 2007. They were blessed with four children, Linda Johnson,(Ronny),
George Passmore Jr., Roy Passmore (Cynthia) and David Passmore. She was
blessed with 6 Grandchildren, Laura Johnson, Pati Johnson Eubanks (Ashley),
Tobie Passmore (Kelly), Brannon Passmore (Trisha), Dana Brown and Adam Kube
(Lindsey) 18 Great grandchildren, Cole McMillan, Colby McMillian, Coleen
Eubanks Myers (Morgan), Brent Johnson, Bryce Passmore (Savannah), Patty Gail
Passmore, Tommy Passmore, Sam Passmore, Jaylin Brown, Ryan Brown,
Mason Brown, Kami Passmore, Obie Passmore, Dakotah Gardie, Rickey Gardie,
Julie Godwin, Kaitlyn Kube, Karringron Kube, and 3 great-great-grandchildren
Henry Myers, Lylla Hiers, and Harper Passmore. She was affectionately known
to all her nieces and nephews as Aunt Bill.
Seville enjoyed traveling, reading, sewing, puzzles, going out to lunch with
her friends, and her church. Her home was always the gathering place for
family and friends.
Seville worked her early years at Warner's sewing factory. She later
earned her nursing degree from SWGTC. She worked a short time at Archbold
but retired from Southwestern State Hospital after 26 years of service.
Services to celebrate the life of Seville Passmore will be held on Friday, February 16th at 11 am at First Newark Baptist Church with Reverend Steve Brooks officiating. The family will receive friends from 10-11 am before the service.
Pallbearers are great-grandsons, Ryan Brown, Jaylen Brown, Bryce Passmore, Morgan Myers, Cole McMillan, and Colby McMillan.
