Sonja Jo Edwards

Sonja Jo Edwards, 50, of Thomasville passes away on August 25, 2012 at Archbold Hospital. Born April 03, 1962 in Thomasville, she was the daughter of the late Mattie J. Bass and Howard Lee Carter.She left behind a man who she loved since she was 16, Perry Rhames and his two sons Anthony and Perry Rhames Jr. all of Thomasville. Other survivors include children Shisa Marie Gilbert of Immokalee, Fl., Joseph Henderson of Asphen, Ga., Evie Grace Nicole Henderson of Ochlocknee, Ga., Joshua Scott Henderson, David Ray Henderson both of Albany, Ga., Dustin Agler of Indiana, Travis Carlton of Pelham, Ga.; sister Wanda Lois Young of Thomasville, Ga.; three half-sisters Marie Lindsey Ansly of Ochlocknee, Ga.; Patsy Ross of Miami, Fl., Brenda Myer of Coolidge, Ga.; half-brother Tommy Lee Carter of Hawaii; nephews Tommy and Doug Young; and her niece-in-law Nikkie Young and all other nieces and nephews. She also had 15 grandchildren, who she loved and adored very much. She has a lot of family and friends who loved and are going to miss her very much, and her dog Bambi, who she loved and adored her and is going to miss her dearly.
