Ms. Stephanie Lee Miller, 52, of Pavo, Georgia, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday morning, August 15, 2025. Stephanie was born on June 1, 1973, and was preceded in death by her parents, Ken Chastain and Pat Chastain, and one sister, Shana Chastain Black.
Stephanie attended Salem Baptist Church and was known for her gentle spirit and happy disposition. Even though her life had many challenges, Stephanie never complained, always kept her spirits high, and was a joy to be around. She particularly enjoyed spending time with her family & friends, singing, and art.
Stephanie is lovingly survived by her two sisters, Rachel Yarbrough and Rosie (Shan) Miller; one brother, Lee Chastain (Mandy Richie); fiancé Robert Griffin; two children, Christina (Quardell) Johnson and Robert "Robbie" Griffin, Jr.; three grandchildren, Keysean Johnson, Aubree Johnson, and Quardell "Junior" Johnson, Jr.; nephews and nieces, Peyton Miller (Hunter Baxter), Mackenzie (Tripp) James, Natalie Black, Sarahrose Miller, Zoey Black, and Lucas Black; great-niece, Magnolia James; and great-nephew-on-the-way, Dannie James, due in September.
Rev. Joe Dunn will preside over the funeral service for Ms. Miller at Allen and Allen Funeral Home on August 18, 2025 at 11am with visitation at 10am . Pall bearers for Ms. Miller will be Lee Chastain, Shan Miller, Peyton Miller, Hunter Baxter, David Black, and Anthony Taylor. Honorary Pall bearers are Grover Griffin, Quardell "Q" Johnson Sr., Randy "Peanut" Herring, Terry Harris and Ricky Perry.
In honor of Stephanie, the family requests contributions to the Diabetes Foundation (www.diabetesfoundationinc.org) or Learning Ally formally known as Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic (learningally.org) for those interested in donating in Stephanie's memory.
