Services for Stephen Powell Harper, 24 of Thomasville will be held at 2:00PM, Friday, April 17, 2015 at Pine Park Baptist Church. Pastor Carl Harrell and Rev. Lisa Owens will officiate and interment will follow in Pine Park Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Harper passed away April 12, 2015 at his residence. He was born November 1, 1990 in Orlando, Fl. Stephen is a retired veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served in combat in Afghanistan. He is survived by his mother & step-father, Cheryl & Lynwood Cone of Thomasville; father & stepmother, Joe Lee Harper & Marriane Harper; children, Damien Harper and Jade Harper; brother, Michael Bradley Harper and wife Jenna of Surf City, NC; sister, Brandi Renee Brady and husband Garlin of Pittsburg, PA; nieces & nephews, Tristan, Jacob, Claire and Jonah and maternal grandmother, Helen Rash of Cairo. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM, Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home.
