Steven Sloan Vinson, 60 of Cairo passed away March 2, 2016 at Archbold Hospital. He was born on July 1, 1955 in Thomasville. He was the son of the late Willie Woodrow Vinson and Emogene Sloan Vinson. He is survived by daughter, Sloan Phillips and husband Dustin of Ochlocknee; son, Jason Willis and wife Hisa of Thomasville; sisters, Linda Singletary of Avon Park, Fl and Cindy Whitehurst of Newnan, Ga; brother, Paul Vinson of Avon Park, Fl; grandchildren, Landon Phillips, Madilynn Phillips, Austin Willis, Breanna Willis, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
