Susan Ann Simones

Susan Ann Simones, age 63 of Ochlocknee, Georgia passed away on Sunday, January 15th, 2017. She was born to the late Earl Fredrick Shaffer and Annie Louise (Morgan) Shaffer on July 10th, 1953. Susie loved her family and friends. She was a devoted wife to Daniel Michael Simones Sr. for 48 years and a loving mother to four children. She loved to travel, cook, go thrift shopping, read, and listen to her husband sing to her. She was very active, hard-working, and loved spending time with family and friends. Susan is survived by her sister, Peggy (Shaffer) Bollinger and her husband Edward Bollinger, her four children, Daniel M. Simones Jr. & wife Tami (Garmany) Simones, Michael D. Simones Sr. & wife Holly (Gordon) Simones, James E. Simones, and Candalena A. (Simones) Montayne & husband Chris Montayne. Susie also had 12 grandchildren and 15 great grand children. She also leaves behind a lot of other caring relatives and friends. Susan requested no formal service. The family wishes to thank all of those who cared for her throughout her beautiful life.
