Sylvia K Leverett

Sylvia K. Leverett, 68, of Thomasville, GA passed away January 20, 2023. She was born on December 22,1954 in Rensalear, IN to the late Ace Clifford Wireman and Lila T Furst Wireman. She married William H. Leverett on November 7, 1987 in Tallahassee, FL. Mrs. Leverett worked for years as a dispatcher for Indiana Law Enforcement. She graduated from Kankakee Valley High, IN in 1972. Mrs. Leverett loved gardening, decorating and fishing. She was also a spectacular cook and loved her family. Mrs. Leverett is survived by her husband William H. Leverett; children, Billy Jack Leverett of Wichita, KS, Tammy Christine McGee of Nashville, GA, and Jamie Lynne Cooper of Thomasville, GA; 11 grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren; many cousins, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings Darlene Herndon, Sandra McDouagle, Judy Durflinger; brother in laws Daniel Herndon and Bruce Durflinger and granddaughters "Wee-Wee". There are no services planned at this time.
